Meditation for Healthy Living

with Dr. Alan Post

September 30th from 2-3PM

We try to exercise and eat right to keep us fit and healthy, but doctors are now recognizing that a positive attitude and 'food for the soul' are just as important. Discover a simple meditation technique that can melt away stress and be a powerful addition to a healthy living regimen.

This program will be facilitated by Dr. Alan Post, a long-time practitioner or meditation and contributing author to Meditation as Medication for the Soul by Rajinder Singh, who has been practicing meditation for over 30 years.

Come meditate for the first time, or your 100th time - all are welcome!
