The Friends of the Island Free Library presents IRISH VOICES, A One Man ShowStephen Collins.

Stephen Collins’ Irish Voices” refers to an hour-long dramatic performance by actor and teacher Stephen Collins, which features pieces of writing by prominent Irish authors like W.B. Yeats, James Joyce, Seamus Heaney, and Frank McCourt. The performance explores the cultural differences and commonalities in Irish literature, focusing on themes of land, history, the church, and politics. Collins brings these works to life through his engaging performance style, which blends lecture and performance.
