Join us for a captivating evening at the Island Free Library on Thursday, August 27 at 5:30 p.m., where four talented Block Island photographers will share their unique perspectives on landscape photography. This free, public panel discussion and Q&A session will delve into the artistic visions that set these photographers apart and highlight what they have in common.

Meet the Panelists:

• Robin Bell and Tom Kalb: Both have showcased their work at the Spring Street Gallery, capturing the island’s beauty through their lenses.

• Malcolm Greenaway: A year-round island resident and gallery owner, Malcolm has been photographing Block Island professionally since 1974, bringing decades of experience and passion to his craft.

• KC Perry: Having spent his summers on the island, KC extensively photographed Block Island during the 1980s and ’90s, capturing its essence and charm.

Moderated by Jim Kent, a seasoned photographer who has been capturing the island since 1974. His latest work, in collaboration with Eric Baumgartner, “Block Island Winter: A 50-year Retrospective,” opens Saturday, August 29 at the Spring Street Gallery.
