For Kids

Welcome to the Kids page at the Island Free Library! We are committed to providing excellent services to children birth through fifth grade, and their families. In the Kids Area at the library, we have both fiction and non-fiction books, graphic novels, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines available to check out. Looking for something to do when you finish your book? Check out a puzzle or a board game! While you are in the library, we have birds and fish to say hello to, toys and games to play, and a dedicated creative space with art supplies and a keyboard! The library has a variety of programming offered for kids throughout the year, so be sure to check out the events calendar! The staff is always happy to help you find a book or answer a question. Come and visit us and see all the amazing things the library has to offer you!
